• panel heaters and fans to all bedrooms so the bedrooms can be individually adjusted - average overnight summer temperature is 10 degrees

• large cake of soap for longer stays and medium soap for shorter stays

• Porta cot, high chair, baby bath, shower stool are included in the above rates

• self contained, right down to rice cooker, pizza tray, sifter, garlic press, spices etc

• quality crockery, cutlery, wine and port glasses for a dinner party if you wish

Complimentary items

 

There will be more than sufficient tea and coffee for your stay (including regular, plunger and decaffinated coffee, and the following teas - English breakfast, Lipton's yellow label and green tea. You will find sugar (including SPLENDA low joule tablets), salt, pepper (including cracked salt and pepper), plain flour, corn flour, cooking spray, cooking oil, aluminum foil, glad wrap, baking paper and tomato sauce and several spices are also provided.

 

You will be provided with a litre of milk, strawberry and marmelade jam, honey, Vegemite and butter (just bring a loaf of bread and your cereal and you will have your breakfast set).

LAUNDRY

• 7.5 kg washing machine and 4kg dryer, full size ironing board and full steam iron

• washing detergent provided at no charge

 

COURTYARD

• sunny, fully enclosed paved courtyard with electric BBQ kettle, clothes line and seating for 6 guests. abalina 1 and 2 have a gate between the two courtyards for groups holidaying together. abalina 1 has a second table in the courtyard for lager groups travelling together.
